The Alternative Dispute Resolution Center of ABPI (CSD-ABPI) provides the management of alternative dispute resolutions mechanisms,including those relating to Internet Domain Names, in parallel to the Mediation, Arbitration, Expert Determination and Online Dispute Resolution System (ODR) procedures.
The CSD-ABPI is in charge of 4 Chambers: the Chamber for Resolution of Disputes Relating to Domain Names (CASD-ND), the Chamber of Mediation (CMed-ABPI), the Chamber of Arbitration (CArb-ABPI) and the Chamber for Resolution of Disputes relating to Digital Law (CDD-ABPI).
The Center is composed of a President, an Executive Secretary and six Advisors.
